Main Function and Technique Index

This is a solar heat pump water heater controller, with four-way temperature sensor, including water temperature, evaporator temperature, exhaust temperature and environment temperature. One-way water level sensor, six-way controlling output(compressor, defrosting, fan, water magnetic valve, pipeline cycle pump, the electric heating belt ) one-way alarm signal output( used for high and low pressure protection)

Main functions:

1 Temperature display and control: display every sensor temperature, and the temperature inside the tank is controlled at the set temperature.

2 Water level display and water supplyment control: display water level of water tank, and control the water level by reasonable water supplement design.

3 Automatic defrost control: optimize the design of the defrost control logic, and can effectively defrost at low temperatures to ensure evaporator can also work.

4 Heat pump intelligent operation: the controller has two modes: “Auto” and “Econ”, “Econ” is set from 5p.m. to 7p.m. as the product originals, which can guarantee the hot water supply in the evening in case of rainy or cloudy days and large usage in the daytime.

5 Pipeline cycle: can control the cycle pump working in the pipeline, make sure it has hot water when turn on the tap.

6 Exhaust temperature protection: stop the machine set running and alarm signal output when exhaust temperature is too high, and control the outdoor fan machine according to the exhaust temperature.

7 External alarm function: one-way external switch alarm signal output, can set into “On”, “Off” and “Forbidden”, set the times and time of automatic trouble recovery.

8 Lightning protection: set lightning protection in the water temperature and water level sensor, prevent controller damage by lighting.

9 Water box freeze protection: when the water box temperature is over 5°C and environment temperature is below 0°C, turn on heat pump to heat the water, when the temperature is up to 10°C, turn off it.( can choose whether to use the function or not by changing parameter F5.)

10 Pipeline explosion protection: in order to prevent pipeline explosion,when water tank temperature is higher than 95°C, stop water supplyment.

11 Dry burning protection: when the water level is below 50%, first supplement the water to 50% then turn on heat pump to heat the water to the setting temperature.

12 Overflow protection: controller stops water supplyment when water level doesn’t rise one step in the setting water supplyment protection time because of vacuum tube explosion and water level sensor trouble.

13 Pipeline freeze protection: when environment temperature is below 3°C, open electrical heating belt for(parameterF46) minutes at intervals of (parameterF46) to prevent pipeline frost crack.

14 Others: Real Time Clock, On-off Memory when the power is off (Can be set), Direction of four-way valve can be set, Compressor start delay protection, Sensor Error Alarm, High Temperature Alarm, Add Fluorin, and so on .
